Delete your Quini account
If you want to delete your account and all associated personal data, follow the steps below. We process requests within 30 days at most.

- Your profile (name, email, photo, level, XP, streaks).
- Your pools, picks and participations.
- Your messages in pool chats.
- Your token history and transactions (invoices are kept for tax obligations — see below).
- Your referrals and invite codes.
- Your push token and notification preferences.
What data do we keep?
- Transaction records and invoices — for tax requirements (up to 5 years). These records are operationally anonymous: they are not linked to your identity in our active databases.
- Aggregated, anonymous metrics — used for product statistics. They do not identify you.
Timelines
We process requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days from receiving the email. We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Can I recover my account later?
No. Once the deletion is complete, the data is not recoverable. If you want to use Quini again later, you will need to create a new account (with pools and history starting from zero).
